REMINDER: Action Required – HETS EDI Enrollment & Attestation
To ensure CareTria Provider Connect (formerly eBlu Solutions) can continue running Medicare Benefit Investigations (BIs) on your behalf, each provider—and your practice location, if applicable—must complete HETS (HIPAA Eligibility Transaction System) attestations through your Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) for our trusted Medicare eligibility vendors.
HETS is Medicare’s real‑time system used to check patient eligibility electronically. CMS is launching a new HETS Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) trading partner management system in Spring 2026, which is why we are asking you to take action. Tomaintain uninterrupted Medicare eligibility checks in CareTria Provider Connect, all providers must complete HETS enrollment and submit the required attestations.
HETS Registration Process (3 Steps):
- Identify Your MAC
Please follow the prompts in the linked documentation for Recondo (Waystar) and Stedi to determine your MAC. - Complete MAC Registration & Attestation
Follow your MAC’s HETS registration & attestation instructions to 1) complete enrollment into the HETS system, if enrollment has not yet been completed, and 2) submit attestations for your providers using the details below for our trusted Medicare eligibility vendors:
-
- Submitter ID: 274B Legal Entity Name: Stedi Inc
- Submitter ID: YGTG Legal Entity Name: Practice Insight
Please note: Each provider will need two attestations submitted – one for Stedi Inc and one for Recondo (Waystar). If you are enrolling your Group NPI, this will also require two attestations to be submitted.
- Confirm Completion (Let us know when you’re done)
After completing your attestations, please notify us to avoid any disruption in service by clicking here.
*Please Note: Before you submit your attestations in CareTria Provider Connect, each provider must first complete Medicare’s HETS enrollment with your MAC. Every MAC has its own steps, so please follow the instructions your MAC gives you to finish the enrollment and attestation.
